Marco Konopacki is a political scientist focused on e-government, collaborative law and policymaking processes. Some highlights of his professional career include his coordination for the Democracy & Technology Program at the Institute of Technology & Society, program implementer at the Secretary of Culture of Rio de Janeiro, and advisor for the Ministry of Justice of Brazil on online public participation platforms for collaborative lawmaking. Marco completed his master’s at the University of Parana and also holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minas Gerais in Political Science. In 2020 Marco achieved the Certificate of Advanced Study in E-Government Management and Leadership from the Syracuse University.
